Happy New Year! I've got a chuck roast in the crock pot with balsamic vinegar, garlic and brown sugar. Just peeled off a taste and I"m excited!

I also did some chicken breasts in the grill pan and dumped a mushroom sauce of sherry, cream, dill and garlic over them. Gonna start the decade out yummy!

Tomorrow I'm grilling more chicken breasts, marinating tomatoes and cucumbers, and cooking up some farro with the intention of making "Mediterranean" grain bowls. I will add chopped spinach, roasted pepper, feta and olives. Can't wait!
