I just discovered this and have been using it as my new go-to. It's a dry Indian spice mix of first, garlic, then red chilis, then a bunch of other Indian seasonings. It's hot but flavorful.

I tried some on fish filets with butter and bread crumbs and it was great!

Does anyone know its proper use? Or have any other "off label" uses?

That sounds like something we would love, do you have a recipe? Or do you buy it at an Indian shop?

I bought it at an Indian shop.

There are recipes all over the web, but my label reads: garlic (28%), red chili powder (22%), salt, fenugreek, corn oil, mustard, sesame, cumin, coriander, turmeric, citric acid, asafoetida, preservative.

It smells like heaven and I'm going to mix it with some crumbs and make myself a crazy Indian schnitzel with a sweet wet chutney one day.
