And do you like it plain or flavored?

I prefer whipped cream cheese and plain. Rarely salmon flavored.

I like the whipped, it is easier to spread. I sometimes like the garlic & onion ones. I tried the berry ones, but they were too sweet (for me).

I prefer quark. Since is not available in local stores, I make my own.
I don't like the rubbery texture of Philadelphia cheese.
Kinda sad that here the grocery stores offer so little choice - it's either Philadelphia or cottage completely disregarding the fact that there is a whole world beyond the two.

Block, because I'm usually using it in recipes, vs as a spread.

I haven't really found a flavored one I like as much as plain, except for one bagel place's roasted vegetable one.

I actually like whipped. Actually- I don't know why but out of the blue I don't have a taste for any cream cheese anymore. I used to love bagels and cream cheese but now I like butter on the bagel. Maybe because I put too much cream cheese and so I had a hard time finishing it. Not sure but I do like whipped...

I prefer plain and not whipped. If I have it at all these days, I tend to eat the low fat version.
