If you wrote one? In other words what kind of cookbook would it be?

Mine would be The Lazy Cook or possibly, The Hands Off Cook .

I tend to shove things in the oven or Instant Pot. I don’t mind the prep work, but have no patience for constant stove tending.

What would the title of your cookbook be?

Sea Fare. It is obvious what it would be about.

FAMILY FOOD TREASURES would probably be the one I would use as so many of my recipes have come down from parents and even some from my own kids.

Maybe I would use the title: DOWN THROUGH THE AGES, as I also do clip recipes and save them for years.
