No breakfast for me. If I eat anything at all, like on weekends, I have to have a protein or I have blood sugar problems later. I'm better off, blood sugar wise, eating nothing at all than eating cereal or toast. I always eat a salad for lunch, small salad, but lots of different veggies. Dinner is 6:30-7:ish, a meat, a starch sometimes and a veggie or salad. This is my normal weekday routine, on weekends, who knows????

I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. If I skip breakfast I get light headed. Sometimes I skip lunch if I ate a late breakfast and sometimes I'll only have 1 snack a day. It depends on the day.

I have 2.5 meals per day would be the best way to describe it. I have a realtively big breakfast, eggs, turkey bacon and wheat bread with a piece of fruit. I have that around 9am. Lunch is always fruit like watermelon. I eat my heavy dinner meal very early like at 2pm. It is heavy protein and vegetables. That is normally it. Sometimes at 5pm I may have some fruit if hungry.

2 pm ---5 pm a variety of light snacks like fruit or popsicles

6 pm dinner a normal dinner

I fast for 19 hours every day. I only eat two meals and usually a snack in between.

I consume all my food during a 5 hour period each day. Usually I skip breakfast, making lunch my first meal of the day. If I eat breakfast I skip dinner.

I follow the "Fast Five" plan, and there are some real benefits to a period of fasting every day.

We should eat when our body requires it, unfortunately in most cases this is not possible

It varies according to what I have going on. 4 or 5 small meals are ideal for me -- they help me control my forklift appetite -- but not always practical.

If I don't have time to eat, 2 LARGE meals whenever I can crowbar them in. If I have the time I want, I graze all day long.

I eat breakfast, then mid-morning some yogurt or an apple, then supper, then an afternoon snack of an apple, or some fruit, a handful of raw almonds or mixed nuts, then dinner. Late evening I may have a piece of cake, or a couple of cookies. Then at times I'll eat once a day, it all depends on what I'm doing.
