Big breakfast. Eggs, veggies, orange, coffee. Lunch...yogurt, maybe a salad. Protein drink if I feel sluggish at 4 or so...exercise, dinner...usually a piece of fish, salad.
I normally eat 3 meals a day. I don't normally snack between meals. In warm weather, I drink a lot of cold water between meals and during the cold weather I usually drink cups of tea with one teaspoon of sugar per cup between meals.
