We have been having alot of broccoli. I make it cold, as an app. with garlic and lemon. I add it to pasta dishes, beef stew, turkey soup.

I’m borderline carnivore/keto
Constantly taking home food from work (I’m a butcher)

Love steak pork ribs and Also salmon
My lady bought me a traeger pellet smoked grill
Yep and I love it the smoked salmon is awesome along with the smoked slow cooked baby back ribs and pork butt

I try to cook on Sundays lots of protein and bring for lunches all week long
I’m trying to avoid sugar and carbs
Last week we cooked a turkey and I made turkey salad like chicken salad that came out beautiful ..
Tomorrow I’m going to rotisserie a chicken roaster and cut up for parts and I’ll also make a chicken soup/stew

I’ll put that in the flaxseed wraps( turkey salad) only 4 g of carbs

I hate cooking and can't cook many things so my family dinners are quite limited to:

pasta and meatballs (I use the recipe from cooks country and it is really good)
chili (made with bacon, of course)
stir fry chicken/chicken teriyaki
grilled chicken thighs (marinated in either bbq sauce or italian dressing)
baked chicken (I use the Oven Fry bread crumbs but marinate the chicken in ranch dressing and it comes out pretty good)

I also make a pretty good mixed salad to have on hand for the week.

pretty much that is the rotation week after week. Sometimes I get bored and experiment with something from the internet recipe book or get take out.

Overall, although my culinary ability is pretty weak, I have found that using only fresh ingredients in everything makes a huge difference in flavor. Only use fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh herbs, etc
