I’m trying some chai with turmeric, and ginger, but it’s rather tasteless. I keep adding spices, but still not liking it much.

My GP has asked me to cut down on the caffeine. Argh!

I thought for sure I'd have some pretty good withdrawal headaches but it hasn't been as difficult as I expected. So - one real cup in the morning and one in the afternoon, black. Still a treat.

The rest are decaf and so far they are not satisfactory. It's been difficult to find anything other than Folger's and it's just expensive brown water. I'm open to suggestions.

The rest of the day I sip on green tea instead of my usual Earl Grey which I miss.

Those doctors love to spoil all our fun.

I’m not a big fan of tea, but I’ve grown to love a cup of hot water with a slice of citrus in it. It smells good and is soothing. I used to be a 2 cups of black coffee girl, but now I like the lime water better.

Water until 12pm. Have a MLO online test and you can't drink during it
