I remember back in the early 90s, I was at a restaurant kinda like Lubys where they dish the food out for you (like a cafeteria) and there was a bloody band-aid sitting right there on top of the green beans. My thought was how long has that been there and why am I the only one seeing this?! Disgusting...and no, I didn't eat there that day or any day after that!

You would be surprised at the levels of contamination the FDA allows and that Americans eat on a daily basis. A fly in the food at a restaurant - just wave it away There is probably worse in the spices used to flavor the food.

The bugs are a lot less harmful than all the pesticides they put on the vegetables! I used to run a cafe and I had to stop getting organically grown lettuce because it sometimes had bugs on it that got missed. Give me the chemicals!
