First time I've had to batch in many, many moons and I'm not hungry. Later on I'll find some leftovers that I can nuke and there is plenty of beverages to choose from.
Long story short, I was sick but I am back and feeling better. Tonight will be seafood night. We are having clams casino (stuffed with bacon, onions, bell peppers, and grated romano cheese in a seasoned butter sauce) on top of linguine; crab cakes; toasted garlic bread; and a bottle of Lilet. Lemon curd crepes for dessert.
