Tonight we are having oven-baked baby back ribs slathered in Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, baked potatoes, the rest of the collard greens and strawberry shortcake.
I sorely needed to drive my 2014 vehicle since the battery is the original one and has been giving signs of "giving up the ghost" so I drove to the nearest town (26 miles one way) and picked up a bucket of KFC tenders, mashed potatoes, biscuits and cole slaw. It will feed me for several days and I killed two birds with one stone.
