Yesterday I made a pot of cabbage, onion, ground beef & tomato sauce, deconstructed cabbage rolls with brown rice on the side. It's a big pot so we'll eat it tonight & tomorrow.
Yogurt marinated chicken kebabs on the grill and Mnazeleh (eggplant chickpea stew w/ baharat seasoning).
