Finished 1-1/2 wks of unfruitful interviews... 10... (how can I be simultaneously over/underqualified for the same job?!!) & have 4 phone interviews over the next 2-days, so I'm bleedin' bloody stressed to ridiculous levels, completely sleep deprived & about to figure out how to live a life on stone soup & acorn salad in a tent in the woods. I'm burnt.
In the meantime, have an enamel cast iron pot in the oven with Cornish hen, vegs (potatoes, carrots, celery, onions) & mixed beans, but am too exhausted to care. Turning it down to 200 & going to bed. When I wake up, whatever time that is, that'll be dinner.
It smells wonderful, so I guess that's a good sign.
Beef tataki, which is seared tenderloin, rubbed with a sweet soy sauce, then marinated in tamari and other things. Asian lobster salad, which is grated cucumber and carrot, with a dressing of kimchi base and honey, with chunks of a small Maine lobster on top. Sweet potato and zucchini tempura. Homemade ponzu sauce for dipping the tataki and veges.
