Tonite I ate more bites from the slice of pudding pie that DH handed too me. Ha, ha. Got a little crazy there but more out in the kitchen if he wanted more.
Wild Alaskan Salmon with a Maple Soy Marinade and Glaze. Then I used my fancy-dancy new Japanese rice cooker to cook up some rice that was a mix of Basmati, Wild, and Purple, Red and Brown Rice. It did it perfectly. I also made a simple cucumber and red onion salad with a sour cream vinaigrette dressing.
Last nights. I roasted a medley of brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli on the grille, diced up some red potatoes and pan fried them in olive oil, and roasted some hungarian hot peppers. Served this with the left over BBQ boneless pork chops from the other night.
