Made a salad, romaine, iceberg, spinach, red onion, tomatoes, sweet peppers and cucumbers. Sliced up the left over NY strip and Ribeye from the night before, put that on top of the salad with some blue cheese and drizzled with olive oil. Also baked an Acorn Squash.
