Made a salad, romaine, iceberg, spinach, red onion, tomatoes, sweet peppers and cucumbers. Sliced up the left over NY strip and Ribeye from the night before, put that on top of the salad with some blue cheese and drizzled with olive oil. Also baked an Acorn Squash.
This evening we will heads to the local casino for happy hour, they have half price appetizers & I think one quesadilla will fill me up. And of course some wine also
SO just showed me the soup of the day - burbon with H2O croutons. We will have soup for desert apparently.
Ham is becoming soup with lentils and veggies.
