Headed to the mall to find a new blouse for an event this weekend. Ended up eating a really bad vegetarian gyro from the food court. I have...regrets.

I've been fasting (except clear liquids) for 26 hours for a colonoscopy that is today. So tonight I am having buttermilk pancakes with pure maple syrup, eggs and spinach.

Mind sharing your nooch dressing recipe? I have some in my cabinet that I'd love to use up. The plan for today is to clear out the vegetable drawer in preparation for a trip, so I'm thinking of putting together a crudite platter of garden cherry tomatoes, radishes, celery sticks, and carrot sticks with wedges of naan, hummus, olives, and cubes of feta.

Usually something like this: https://www.flavourandsavour.com/hol...east-dressing/

I use soy sauce instead of tamari. Some use tahini. I adjust to whatever thickness I want. Sometimes I add lemon juice

Last night my wife made stuffed peppers. Turkey, rice, onions, mushrooms , and some pasta sauce, then melted mozzarella over the top. Had a side garden salad as well.
