Tonight’s dinner was baked haddock and mixed veggies.

Dessert: small bowl of tapioca pudding and 1 Snickers mini brownie bites.




@bjh - Rana was the name brand. We just used a bit of (melting) butter and crushed peppercorn.
I didn’t think they were super sweet. I checked reviews and seems some thought a mix of sweet and savory. Looked like more thought subtly sweet.

First night back from a long weekend vacation. We kinda of splurged on rich restaurant food. I think we all need something homey and solid.

I’m splurging tonight and having Grubhub deliver Mexican food. Fajitas and enchiladas with rice and beans. I made some guacamole and will heat up some queso too.
