DH requested meatballs so those are cooking as well as some sauce. I'll make regular noodles for him and spaghetti squash for me and a salad.

Chicken soft tacos. Pork rinds baked with cinnamon - low carb churros. We'll see how they turn out. Pinot Grigio for wine.

Tonight we had grilled golden oyster mushrooms, a roasted sweet potato with turbonato sugar and butter, and an heirloom tomato-red onion-cucumber salad with pesto dressing. A glass of zinfandel to drink.
