It is dreary,windy,cold and some rain is expected.I finally gave in and put the furnace on......

Tonight salmon curry,basmati rice,green garden salad and lassi/lemon water to drink.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

Last night I made hamburger steaks with mashed. Tonight will be white chicken chili. Finishing leftovers before starting fresh Sunday with Traeger smoked chicken legs

Making a navy bean soup with a smoked pork chop each in it, plus the leftover roast pork bone. I also have a bag of mixed greens I will throw in, as well as the usual starter ( mirepoix)

Last night it was a monster pot of chili and honey glazed cornbread muffins. The rest went into the freezer.

Tonight it's zucchini quiche and warm chicken salad.

Dessert is a buttermilk rhubarb walnut cake with cardamom. Butter cream frosting.
