Dinner was Bavarian leek and cabbage soup served with a dilled cucumber salad, country rye bread and riesling wine to drink. Dessert is likely to be a piece or two of dark chocolate.

Stuffed Butternut squash with a mix of ancient grains, kale and wild mushrooms. I baked a loaf of beer bread. It's very good.

Apple cake for dessert and with ginger and honey tea. I baked the apple cake in September and froze it.
