After a few teasing warm spring like days it is cold again and back to wearing winter clothing.
Just put a rum,almond Bundt cake in the oven and planning to prepare atta/chapati dough and dal/lentil paratha dough for this weekend.I am playing with the idea to make baked vegetable samosas as well.
Tonight vegetable stir-fry and a cup of fennel tea.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
I'm making chicken fajitas for dinner tonight. My husband made this outstanding guacamole that we will use to garnish our fajitas.
Dessert is leftover lemon bars that I made yesterday. They did not turn out correctly, but they still taste pretty good so might as well finish them up.
