Chicken & sausage gumbo ! Even had some okra to add in. Too bad I couldn't find real andouille sausage. Had to substitute regular sausage. It came out pretty good anyway.

Chicken fillet Piri Piri.
Steamed endive.
Red-skin potatoes boiled with skin, drain, then add creme fraiche.
Pears in light syrup. (Found a forgotten leftover from Xmas groceries, the nice glass jar gets a second life for crafts storage)
