a new taqueria just opened near me and I decided to check it out. Got an al pastor, a barbacoa and a chorizo & potato. also got some black beans (no pinto). All of it was very meh.
Tonight will be breakfast for dinner -- eggs, bacon, and I'll pan roast some brussels sprouts in the bacon drippings so my arteries don't hate me.
