I had a plan involving a 2 lb flank steak marinated 2 ways and having DH grill, but I forgot to take it out to defrost.
Soooo..... tonight is protein pancakes and spicy spam or bacon. DH will probably have syrup and I will top with greek yogurt and low sugar jam.... OR make a apricot tarragon and fennel seed compote... something along those lines.
