Spaghetti aglio i olio i pepperoccini which SO would eat everyday breakfast/lunch/dinner, a big mixed greens salad, maybe chicken breast off the grill with parmesan shavings.

I will add green olives and wilted greens to the pasta though, and maybe artichoke hearts...

Tonight spaghetti with spicy homemade tomato sauce, black olives and capers.Served with arugula salad (lemon juice,olive oil,salt/black pepper,grated Parmesan cheese).To drink Perrier water with a slice of lemon.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

All this talk about spaghetti has me convinced! Turkey meatballs over zoodles with some kind of side salad made out of what's in the fridge.

Tonight we are having oven-baked Chinese barbecued pork; ramen noodles stir fry with cabbage and mushrooms; a pitcher of tropical sangria; and orange fluff cake for dessert.
