SO asked for Paprikageschentzeltes and Spaetzle, finely sliced chicken in paprika/mushroom/cream sauce with tiny flour dumpling and of course rabbit food.

I'm not in a cooking mood, so tacos. Regular ground beef tacos with the usual suspects.

Aww heck. No ground beef in the freezer.

Ham and arugula quiche if it defrosts in time, otherwise I will pull the Costco lasagna from the freezer, it's been there awhile and DH really wants it.

Hubby has Covid, so he is not very hungry I will cook a ribeye, hoping he will eat some of it. No other sides for him, probably make myself a potato & some veg.

I am sorry your husband is sick. I hope he will beat it with little to no complications.
