Time to clean out the fridge, so leftovers.

I will spend dinner prep time dismantling a chicken to be used with my dogs food, add grains and veggies, and that goes with his kibble.

That looks bad.

Preparing a lovely dinner for dog, DH gets squat. lol

Today is my father-in-law's birthday. He has been with us for a year now and is planning his return to his home in Italy in the very near future. Tonight we are having Italian braciole with pasta and spinach, a crusty Italian loaf with garlic-parsley butter, campari and white chocolate cannoli, and Amaretto sour cocktails.

Don't let him leave.

Nice to see such pet pampering!

For me, today I'm not hungry at all so forced myself to eat 2 small organic sausage patties w/3 egg yolks. It made me feel awful, so I guess when my body says it's not hungry, I should listen harder.

I'm in one of those "I'm not hungry days", and try to go with it. Lord knows, I get enough food.

I am an advocate to those without opposable thumbs.

A Wahlburger with cheese on our Optigrill. Good thing it has a collector for the grease/fat. Still, a great tasting burger! I like a thin layer of mayo with either olive oil or avocado. Added sliced tomato, red onion and a couple of those sea salt bread-n-butter pickles on a slightly toasted Brioche bun. Normally I use a thin multigrain roll. Realized I had to put that on my grocery list.

Dessert: contemplating the leftover coconut cream pie.
