Happy 1.day of March everyone!
It was a very tiring day yesterday removing and taking apart several bathroom ceiling fans and a laundry ceiling fan, cleaning, vacuuming, greasing and installing them back.As well do inside caulking around all our window frames.

Today German pancakes with homemade Macintosh applesauce, cinnamon sugar and a glass of milk. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

We went thru 2 shelves of freezer and the door - made a list of what we found for dinner this week. Today will be chicken fajita's and home-made charro beans (best beans that I have ever made) in my instant pot.

Could you tell me which part of the elk you used & how you prepared it? I'm looking for a local market so I can try wild game... most suggested elk, since I find venison & pheasant too gamey tasting. Thank you.
