Had a lean cuisine for dinner last night. Not sure about tonight. We are expecting snow but nothing major

sauteed some bell pepper, onionm garlic, then made bbq meatloaf


very good. BBQ gives a good sweet flavor

Reuben sammies with homemade Russian dressing, my small batch sauerkraut, leftover corned beef from last week, and swiss cheese. Steak fries cooked using the convection setting in the oven, which is supposed to mimic air frying. I put truffled salt on them.

I have leftover pork-loin, so I made a pork, rice & celery casserole.

Hubby had left over corned beef, we both had a salad with homemade blue cheese dressing, mixed greens, olives, chick peas and red onions.
