Mashed potatoes and mashed carrots with a little creme fraiche.
Easter turban cake with lemon frosting.
Shiraz Australian red wine.
Our Easter meal from last night was a vegan lamb roast made from tofu and corn pasta with seasonings and a minty herb crust, Greek lemon-garlic roasted potatoes and steamed asparagus with lemon, garlic vinaigrette. Cabernet wine to drink and carrot cake with a vegan cream cheese frosting for dessert.
Grilled NY steak, mashed name (type of yam) and sauced brussel sprouts. The sprouts are like Bird's Eye, every once in a while I buy frozen veggies, find out I still hate them, and won't buy them for another year. Rinse, repeat.
