Last night was mu shu pork. tonight I'll do air fryer fried chicken drumsticks and have that with mashed cauliflower and steamed broccoli with lemon butter.
Chicken/black bean/onion stuffed tortillas nicely baked with red chilli sauce and some cheese. Trying to avoid the "enchilada wars" on CD:>)
Lots of dark chicken meat left from two big crock pots of broth.
Tonight I'm making Loaded Chicken and Potato casserole. For dessert I made Nutty Buddy brownies. The whole house smells good from those brownies, can it be dinnertime already?
Chicken Adobo with rice, peas, beans and carrots. Flavorful and fall off the bone chicken.
