I ordered a thin crust pizza from our longest operating pizza place. Italian sausage, green olive and onion.

Mandarin orange, red onion, avocado, cashew spinach salad with orange honey vinaigrette.

Scoop of vanilla ice cream with dulce de leche sauce.

dinner out tonight! At a resto with a casual vibe and upscale Greek/Med cuisine. and I have a gift card I bought at the beginning of the pandemic to help support them and now I can use it, as they made it through. Right now, I'm thinking baba ganoushe, lamb kebabs, spanokopita, but that could change.

Another giant smoothie with 2 bananas, 2 apples, 1/2-basket blackberries & a handful of strawberries. Since I have a red, itchy rash from the shot of heavy whipping cream yesterday, I tossed in another shot. Might as well enjoy it if I'm already flared up.

I'm so jealous of those who can eat dairy... cheese, in particular... or those who can use Lactaid products/pills that work. In my next life, I'm coming back allergy free... oh, & with good eyesight so I can be spectacle free, as well!

Grilled pizza. Whole wheat crust, turkey pepperoni, zukes, orange peppers, tomatoes, onions, lots of garlic and fresh oregano and basil, maybe some spinach or arugula if I can scrounge some up.

Well we ended up having that salad for tonight’s dinner. I couldn’t bear to toss the Romaine lettuce and cucumber in my fridge so I packed it in the ice chest. We were so tired from driving that we didn’t want to go out so I went to the Publix across from the hotel and bought enough stuff to make 2 big salads! I’m eating some Cajun Pop New Orleans beignet flavored popcorn for dessert!

Sweet cabbage crunch salad kit, with added bacon and tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Obleas for dessert.
