What’s for Dinner

Last night was shrimp over angel hair pasta with some cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and leftover asparagus thrown in. Tonight my BIL and his wife arrive for a 3 day visit and I'm making chicken marsala.

Leftovers tonight, but will start tomorrow night's dinner (make curry paste and such).

Costco had paneer (Indian cheese).

Tomorrow will be palak paneer, and lamb meatballs in kofta curry.

Bachelor Son coming for dinner and a movie. We're having a "hearty meal fit for a working man."

Pork loin roast, mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy and cauliflower broccoli casserole with cheese.

It's been humid and warm here and I'm doing yard work. Think my meal will be carrot sticks, hummus, pita, Mandarin oranges and some iced tea.

Four-cheese macaroni and cheese, fruit salad, bourbon barrel aged cabernet sauvignon, mincemeat pie.

Pork loin, marinated with soy, garlic and ginger, rice and a veg.

Orange chicken on a bed of coconut Basmati rice. Few sips from my ice tea.


Dessert: might be a slice of angel food cake.

Pot roast, egg noodles with vegetables & gravy from the pot roast.

I did make another fruit crumble.

I made a shrimp pesto pasta. I sauteed some grape tomatoes with garlic and added that.
