Tonight outside dinner fresh baked Brezen/Pretzels,butter,Limburger,Harzer and Swiss cheese,red radish/onion salad and Löwenbräu.For dessert under our Maple tree ice coffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and shaved Mocha chocolate while watching wildlife comedy unfold in our garden.
This time the rub had a coffee base and hot and sweet seasoning
12 hours in the smoker.
1-1/2 hours rest.
