We went out for Lebanese food with my step daughter and her husband. We went here https://elbasha-worcester-parkst.elbasharestaurants.com
We all ordered the azeeme diiner. It was seved family style and included Hummous, Baba, Grape Leaves, Kibee, Salad & Kabobs.
It was so stinking good!
Boneless skinless or as SO calls them nekked chicken thighs off the grill with a hot-citrusy glaze, grilled fruit/onion/bacon, basmati, something green.
We have the first of 3 *forecasted* storms, today is supposed the mildest and it is snowing darn hard.
First I will make another batch of filling for egg rolls as I ran out. They were good but I was not a fan of the smoked pork in it, so may try to find enough stuff to make them all veggies. I promised some to a friend today so we will have to venture out.
We are about a week out from our monthly shopping, so low on fresh stuff. I have blistered tomatoes and marinara in the freezer, will make sauce with pepperoncinis and sausage over whole wheat noodles. I think I have some meatballs in there too.

I am making a low carb cheeseburger casserole I saw on You-tube. last night I made my husband parmesan garlic wings in the air fryer, I combined almond flour, grated cheese, fresh chopped parsley and garlic powder put the wings in a large zippy bag and added the breading and shook till all pieces were coated. Hubby said they were great!
