Tonight homemade pizza from Durum flour,with thyme in the dough,homemade tomato sauce,onion,green olives,green Bell pepper,ginger/garlic,red and green chilies and Canadian marble cheddar cheese.

Great idea to add herbs in with the dough, Alm. I've never done that... will try it next time I make pizza... basil would be nice.

For me, large ribeye with a garden salad & homemade dressing... fresh Meyer lemon (so sweet & delicious) & olive oil with a sprinkle of pink H salt.
Tonight will be USDA Prime NY strips with oven roasted potatoes and asparagus. It's been a while since I had some wine, so will pick a nice cabernet sauvignon from the wine fridge.
