What’s for Dinner

A 1-pot pasta meal with andouille and greens leftover from the batch made for our dirty rice. Not pretty, but tasty, quick and easy to make.

Broiled Sockeye salmon fillets, green beans and mashed potatoes. Lemon meringue pie and Coors Light beer to drink.

We've been having a lot of spicy things lately so toning it down today with turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
