We made a delicious octopus pasta today. The recipe we primarily relied on is found here: https://skinnyspatula.com/octopus-pasta/

The recipe was decent, but it was lacking something. We improvised by adding additional white wine and olive oil, in addition to some lemon juice and pesto sauce (the pesto really brought everything together). It was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever eaten.

I'm leaning towards leftovers for DH, and a big salad for me. The bulgur was great in place of rice, which gives me some ideas for future meals.
