Fried pork chops. And a salad of romaine and homemade roasted red bell peppers. Zesty Italian dressing.

Having dinner early today in California. Nice to see the sunshine after all the fog in the morning..

I made a broth yesterday with the ham bone from Christmas. Tonight was navy bean soup with bits of the ham I froze. I made corn bread muffins also.

That sounds absolutely delicious.

6:44 just closed the office door. Yesterday's leftover chicken and fresh pasta and of course rabbit food. Time to check if SO has started growing a bit of fluff back there?
Two crock pots with chicken legs to deal with. Lots of nice broth and some dark meat for enchiladas. Cats do not care for it.
