Tonight's gonna be a burnt on the outside-rare on the inside ribeye with onions & maybe a small lettuce-tomato salad with lemon-oil dressing.

To drink, I've got a headache the size of a watermelon, so lots of water & a handful of aspirin for dessert.

I'm keeping it simple tonight with a charcuterie board: various cheeses, green olives, almonds, Sopressa.

I'm baking 3 huge boneless chicken breasts very simply seasoned with just a bit of olive oil and some basil infused pink salt that a friend gifted me.

One of those will become chicken salad soon, one will be carved up for dinner tonight, and one will be doled out over the next few days as the Chicken For Cats song is sung.

I'm doing corn on the cob (Margot's new favorite thing) and fresh steamed baby spinach for sides.
