I made some Hawaiian macaroni salad before i went to work this morning. We are having that and grilling up some steak tips for dinner. I just finished making a tomato, mozzerella, basil, red onion and cucumber salad. I dressed it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. That will be part of dinner too.
Baked chicken flavored with onions and garlic salt, broccoli, rice, unsweet tea. Last scoop of banana ice cream. We'll finish off the ice cream somehow! This also means I get to buy a new ice cream flavor tomorrow.
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with Prosciutto, spinach and cheese and seasoned with Penzey’s Italian seasoning and Dijon mustard, Brussels sprouts in brown butter and a Mediterranean salad with veggies, orzo, garbanzos, olives and feta with a lemon vinaigrette.
Lettuce salad, veggies, lobster and a garlic dressign.

Baked cod in a lemon sauce, Alfredo pasta for side, and a slice of Naan bread. Glass of Sangria. Realizing later that I probably should have mixed up some greens, like broccoli or asparagus instead of the noodles. Will try to remember that next time.
Shake & Bake chicken wings (with added cayenne pepper for “heat”), green beans with mashed potatoes. Budweiser Light beer to drink and key lime pie for dessert.
