Ahhh...rhubarb season! I usually bake strawberry rhubarb pie in late May and June. I like plain rhubarb just as much if not more. We are STILL in the process of moving. I think I will be able to bake a couple of pies, although I am not settled, and people are working on various projects in my "new to me" house.

Shredding cabbage for salads and slaws ahead of time, is a great idea. I never have luck with freezing cabbage.

Salted caramel sauce is one of my favorites! On vanilla Haagen Daz for me.

Tonight, Imp burgers with Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and onions, with Dijon aioli. Air fried sweet potatoes, green salad with buttermilk ranch dressing.

Sorbet for dessert.
