The place we get our takeout from gives us so much fried rice that we usually have a couple of days worth of lunches. We get the entree order of either vegetable or combination fried rice and split it and we still have leftovers. I mean seriously one person couldn’t and shouldn’t eat all that rice!
Tonight we’re having spaghetti and meatballs and I think I’ll make a Caesar salad.
Had to go to store anyway, so we are back to tacos tonight.
