It was supposed to get to 70 today so I took out a sirloin steak to be cooked in the sous vide and finished off on the grill. Well, that's still the plan but the cold front came in early and now it's really windy and won't get as warm. Thankfully, the searing part on the grill only takes a couple of minutes! Baked potatoes and steamed or roasted asparagus.

Pork chop and cauliflower with cheese sauce for hubby. Since I don't like pork chops I might make whole wheat spaghetti with veggies. This Monday is my Birthday big 50 so I'll be celebrating with food to go on Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday night.no cooking for 4 days!!!

Just haven't been in a cooking mood. I'm pulling out the Costco lasagna and will do something with butternut squash.

I made a lentil soup for the first time a few months ago and it was delicious. My husband especially liked it and asked me to make it again. I hope your hubby's soup turns out well.

I'm making Greek Lemon chicken with potatoes and green beans. It's a family favorite. Cooking in the oven right now and it smells so good!
