I am bored with all my usuals so I poked around the internet and found this recipe. https://cafedelites.com/creamy-shrim...ontainer-41082 It is shrimp and linguine in a creamy mushroom sauce.
Hopefully it turns out ok!

That sounds awesome.

Here, it’s pork and sauerkraut with pierogis and corn pudding. Pumpkin pie.

Wife is fixing what she calls a deconstructed cabbage roll casserole. She browned ground beef and mixed it with cabbage and seasonings before putting it in the oven stirring occasionally. She’s already made smothered cabbage with cut up pork pieces. In another small pot is black-eyed peas. Served with dinner rolls.

Locally the tradition is cabbage is for money and black-eyed peas are for luck. I’m in southwest Louisiana.

Same here. That cabbage casserole sounds wonderful! I might try that with part ground beef and part ground pork

We do a similar recipe. Sometimes use bay scallops instead of shrimp.
