Well I sent the husband to the butcher for strip steaks. He came back with Delmonicos. I did not complain! Here are the beauties being sauced with a garlic rosemary butter.


Tonight I am making a lamb tagine using this recipe https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1018513-lamb-tagine. I am thinking of making some Persian rice (tahdig) to go with it.
