What’s for Dinner

I know green beans and tomatoes might sound like an odd combo to some, but it's really good.

Everyone's dinners sounded so good yesterday & today.

Preparing for a sudden interview tomorrow 2-hrs away, so didn't have much time... store bought fried chicken (tossed the coating) & quick, homemade pasta salad... elbows, crispy fried sausage, red cabbage, tomatoes with my standard lemon-balsamic-oil dressing & a few herbs.

Spaghetti & a salad. (the kind of spaghetti my grandma made, not Italian. She used ground beef, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion & bell pepper)

Grilled Mahi Mahi, broccoli, yellow rice (for DH) and a caprese salad using some of my fresh basil.

Tonight we are having chicken a la king over cavatappi, lettuce, avocado and tomato salad, garlic knots, and lemon bars.
