Tonight we are having Korean-style short ribs (in my slow cooker); Delmonico potatoes; coleslaw; and a bottle of Merlot.

Shrimp scampi, spaghetti, spicy stewed zucchini, yellow squash & tomatoes. Pralines and coffee for dessert!!!

Costco beer battered cod, avocado and cuke salad, fresh basil.

Edit: Oops. Produce got away from me.. Making a crumble with nectarines, plums, figs and some frozen mix berries to fill in. Will be served with the rum "ice cream".

Got a big pot of Stephanie’s Freezer Spaghetti Sauce simmering on the stove.

I put a small bone in pork roast on the smoker a few hours ago and it's not where it needs to be temp wise so I think I'm going to plan B - chicken parmesan. Zucchini and a small caesar salad on the side.

I wish I would have thought about this. We're going out of town in a few days or I'd make one. Dinners will have to be easy this week.

Salmon burger with a slice of Swiss cheese melted on top. Slice of sweet onion and tomato too. Iced tea.

Dessert: 2 GS thin mint cookies.
