finished off the rotisserie chicken last night with some roasted brussels sprouts on the side. A few pieces of dark chocolate for dessert.

Tonight is pork chops and roasted cauliflower and I'll grate some parmesan over the top of everything. Girl Scout cookies are at work, so I'll probably skip dessert tonight.

Have to use up a bunch of mushrooms, so will cook them and freeze, to be used later in wontons with goat cheese and bacon.

The sous vide eye round came out really close to a prime rib, so it will become paninis tonight with carmelized onions, cheese and horseradish cream with capers.

Sweet potato fries.

Tonight it will be Portugese-style mussels in a garlic cream sauce over spaghetti, Texas toast, sugar snap peas, and chocolate cake. I just found some chorizo in the freezer, so I sliced it and added it to the sauce as well.

Homemade Pulled Pork Gyro with tzatziki sauce❗️It was good but a lot of work so I’m not sure if I’d do it again.
