Hubby made Steak Fajitas. Sirloin was on special so he sliced that up with some onion and red pepper. He marinated the steak with cumin, garlic, chili, smoked paprika, oregano, lime juice, salt & pepper. He made a side of guacamole and I did a crema (sour cream with lime juice and a dash of Cholula). Delicious!
Hubby's going to grill some Italian sausages. I'm going to roast some potatoes and butternut squash in the oven. And we'll make a salad, probably Caesar. Hmm, just typing this out has made me hungry all of a sudden! I think we'll eat early ;-)
Tonight: Bourbon glazed salmon with apple/walnut/blue cheese mixed greens tossed in a cherry balsamic vinaigrette as a side.
